The presence of any product on our website at any given time does not guarantee its availability.
3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, which typically occurs when we dispatch the goods. Payment will be taken at the time of order.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been accepted and is being prepared, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. For personalised or embroidered items, cancellation is not possible once production has begun.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and delivery charges are not included in the product price and are displayed separately during checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that the payment method is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or unauthorised use of payment methods.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Standard and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and in our Shipping Policy. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Expected delivery details will be provided before you place your order, and an email confirmation with these details will follow.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our returns and refund policy is set out in our Returns & Refund Policy page.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by our returns policy.
Personalised and embroidered items are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as they are made to your specification.
7. PERSONALISED AND EMBROIDERED ITEMS
Personalised and embroidered items are made to order. By placing an order for personalised goods, you acknowledge that:
- These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or not as specified.
- Production cannot be cancelled once it has begun.
- You are responsible for checking all personalisation details (spelling, positioning, sizing) before submitting your order.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of personalised items.
If a personalised item arrives faulty or not as specified, your statutory rights apply and we will resolve the issue promptly.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, photography, and software, is the property of The Scrubs Clinic or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, download, or use any of our content for any purpose beyond personal, non-commercial use without our prior written permission.
The Scrubs Clinic name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of The Scrubs Clinic. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Our store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with The Scrubs Clinic, not with Shopify. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us and you release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.
